I went to see this movie with my 23 year old and 13 year old brothers. I had mediocre expectations for this movie and the only reason I was going was to see Rain; the actor that played Tenjou. Anyways; I was pleasantly surprised. The movie was FANTASTIC and really got my heart racing; pardon the pun. I've never been a racing fan; but who knew watching a car race could make you feel like you were in the car too?! I also kept thinking how this would probably make a really exciting video game. It was a fun movie and got me laughing and got me riled up! It's definitely worth the money and it's enjoyable for kids as well as adults. Great family film despite a few curse words ^^ But anyways; critics are definitely wrong on this movie; it was really great. My only dislike was that there was too much CG and sometimes I didn't feel like it all meshed well. But soon I just accepted it as the speed racer world and just let myself get into the movie. Very very enjoyable movie! |
