After reading the dreadful reviews, I plunked down my money because of the names involved, Hymms, Bradbury, Kingsley etc. Prepared for the worst and admittedly a long-time sci-fi lover I ventured forth into the darkness.... Don't believe the critics on this one. The most fun I've had at the movies this summer and a fullfilling sci-fi ride to boot. Don't wait for the DVD... see it on the big screen with a huge sound system. Sure you gotta be able to think to enjoy the plot, but the trip is worth it.
