A good movie for everybody else. It is funny and subtle in parts. The voice acting is top notch, and the story has a message about honesty and the value of friends and family. The main character grows, and such growth can teach things to your kids.
My children loved it.
Racists should stay away (Will Smith voices the main character), and also homophobes (they are likely to interpret some sequences as promoting tolerance of gay people). Overall, I'd say it's a great movie for all except for rabid bigots. |
