It's about time we get a real horror movie to see in theatres once again. Especially for this day an age and having horror being seen as The Grudge and White Noise. The zombies in this movie are a lot smarter, and unlike Day of the Dead, there is more than one smart zombie. (of course none of them are Einstiens) They adapt as they travel and get smarter sooner and sooner. The actors did a good job, the movie isnt a stupid hip retro horror movie with a trendy character base. It's a real horror movie; a George Romero movie. The effects are great the zombies are excellent looking. They are the best looking zombies in a Romero movie. And yes, there IS a sighting of Tom Savini in the movie, so watch for that. Overall, I gave this movie an A+. I saw it the first show they had it by my house, and I will be at the store the first day it comes out to buy it. |
