This is for all of those critcs who thought this movie was terrible. For one, please learn how to spell before you try to bash anyone or anything. For two, thinking that it was politically incorrect couldn't be farther from the truth. Those people in the movie really are mentally challenged; you can't make up fake mentally challenged people like that...ok so you can for some but not the whole cast. And the lines that they use may seem offensive to some people, but have you ever been around any mentally challenged people before? There are some pretty funny ones out there. They come up with this stuff on their own anyway, so the lines that they are using aren't to poke fun at them or make them say things that they never would before, because the fact of the matter is, is that they do it all the time. Most of them are absolute sweethearts too. So laughing at the movie shouldn't make you feel guilty because if you think about it, you aren't laughing at them because they are mentally challenged, you are laughing because they are all around funny. So I would definitely recommend going to see this movie. It's not only funny, it's heart warming as well with a good story line. And if the Special Olympics approves of this movie, then we shouldn't be having the issues that we are having with moron critics. Last, but not least, Johnny Knoxville is absolutely hilarious in whatever he plays in. I love that dude! This movie gives a new light on the mentally challenged...thank you Johnny Knoxville and the Farrelly brothers. |
