Just gotta take off my hat to the Japanese for coming up with such a twisted story. For those who haven't watched it, this movie has nothing to do with the Lord Of The Ring. In fact, it doesn't have anything to do with a ring at all. The title is just an illusion. It's what the people in the movie think of it: the ring. And when you see the ring, you are marked for death. How? Nobody knows except the people who die, and of course, the audience. This is a fun movie to watch and it can surly keep you at the edge of your chair as the characters drive closer and closer to the truth. All those 1-second scenes can really get your nerve. Over all, this is a very well done remake and it sure is worth watching even if you have watched the Japanese version of it. |
