Okay, I'm not going to lie to anyone. This movie totally rocked. I was completely spellbound by the way they stuck to the original story. I loved the sexual tension between the adolescent kids, especially where Captain Hook was involved. I nearly died laughing during the scenes with Tiger Lilly. The special effects are done in such a way that it feels like you're reading a beautifully illustrated book. The narration comes at just the right time. I don't have one nit to pick from this film.
This is a beautiful movie for parents and children. The ending was so fantastic, it made me cry. I encourage people of all ages to see this film. |
