There has never been a movie this complete in the animation format and perhaps not even in the live action area. The movie is a non-stop ride of amazing sights and characters with brilliant animation and voice acting. While it's not nearly as violent as the also excellent Princess Mononoke, its much more fun and interesting then Kiki's Delivery Service. I was very happy to see this in 2002 when Disney first released it to little fanfare. Once it got the Oscar nomination I was happy to see it again in the theater 6 months later in 2003. This is a must own for every movie fan! |
