First of all, let me clarify that I DID see this piece of crap last night, contrary to many of the idiots who are coming here and giving it A+ ratings without having the most minimal clue as to what this joke of a film is about.
Secondly, let me add the fact that I was unaware of the fact that the a$$hole who directed this movie is a pedophile criminal with a f*ck'd up mind and very little talent. Had I known this rather important fact, I would have not joined my girlfiends in supporting a pervert, a devil-worshipper, and despicable individual who exemplifies the moral decay of Hollywood and the ignorance of our American consumerist public. Hey, don't get me wrong, I love a good scary film and I recognise the fact that flicks of such nature are meant for mere entertainment.
This piece of crap, however, is not entertaining, is disgusting in every respect, and it simply represents everything that should not be done when making a movie.
One of the most laughable aspects about this piece of trash is the acting. Ha ha ha!!! Did they go to some mall in the midwest and ask every bum and poser if they wanted to be in a movie? These "teenagers" seem as if they've never seen a camera or stepped onto a stage. Absolutely dreadful performances, accompanied by one of the most ludicrous scripts ever written (if such a word applies to this mess of a dialogue), lead to one heck of a stupid movie without sense, logic, any interesting characters, or even a funny moment to redeem it. The gore is so cliche that I saw nothing that could impress me. It's been done before, it adds nothing of value to horror genre.
Another pathetic factor: the villain, monster, creature, or whatever you want to call that cheesy amalgamation of Kruger meets the scarecrow and some tacky flying demon (oh, bat wings, how darned original). There is no essence to his evil, no logic to his killings, and all he seems to do throughout the movie is embody the homoerotic desires of the pathetic man who directed this detestable waste of tape, time, and screen space.
Anyone who considers this to be a good film must be seriously joking or has a very poor taste in movies. Anyone who gets defensive about the negative criticisms of other reviewers is doing nothing other than SUPPORTING A PEDOPHILE, a criminal who probably continues to do disgusting things to young boys without anything being done to him because he has Hollywood to protect him. Think twice before you support an "artist" (yeah, right, this man does not deserve such a title).
I rest my case. If you want to see this stupid flick, go ahead and waste your money and a few brain cells. I suggest that you skip it all together; it is not even worth watching on Pay per view or video.
Feel free to send me hate mail or letters of praise if you agree with me.
