Far From Heaven is quite possibly the best movie I have ever seen. I thought Chicago was really good too but Far From Heaven was a masterpiece that was forgotten by the Oscars. It was robbed of a best actress win and a best picture nomination. The Academy nominated a movie like Gangs Of New York but they didn't nominate this. Since the Academy forgot it I bet audiences will too. I cannot believe this masterpiece did not win one single Oscar. It was probally forgotten because it didn't do as well as Chicago at the box office. |
