We've seen lots of fantasy movies, where a non believer is given the chance of a lifetime, ultimatly done to make them a believer. This is that casual flick, but it really is fun. Jim does what Jim does best, be funny. His character is outspoken, a little brash, and generally pesimistic, and given a miracle, literally, he sees what he's been missing. The movie has a good moral and at the same time, is very clever and contains many laughable moments. It is a great choice for you parents to find a reason to escape to the movies and let little Susie watch the kids at home. Bottom Line: This makes a good family film, or an even better opportunity for you parents to get your time out. This movie is worth seeing on the big screen, where you can truely apreciate Jim's facial contortionism. |
