In pursuit of a movie that halfway interested me, yet not something I'd usually watch, I present: Roselyn Sanchez!!!

I mean Boat Trip. Hehehe.

Cuba Gooding Jr. (always a sign of quality *sarcastic*) stars in this movie as a regular guy who dresses well, smart, casual, has motion sickness, and tries to propose to his girlfriend (Vivica A Fox), but she dumps him for her car detail guy. Heartbroken, he hides in his apartment with his dog until his best friend comes to his rescue with an idea to take a cruise (the girls are supposed to outnumber guys like 6-to-1 or something). The friend insults the travel agent, and the agent's boss (who turns out to be the first agent's gay lover) "fixes" them by sending them on a gay cruise.

They end up on the ship and don't notice any of the signs until much later when they are far out in sea. Cuba continues to dispair over his ex while the friend goes crazy and accidently shoots down a helicopter with a flare gun (I couldn't make this up... it actually was in the movie). Cuba gets super drunk and bumps his head on a railing and nearly drowns, but he's saved by Roselyn Sanchez's character (*cough predictable cough*). He of course falls in love with her (who wouldn't?).

The movie takes a turn when it turns out that the helicopter contained 12 Sweedish suntan models and their coach... the girls are brought aboard (of course).

The rest of the movie is Cuba trying to get closer to Roselyn by being gay, the friend tries to get a busty model but keeps bumping into the coach, and Vivica decides she wants Cuba after all and boards the ship.

The movie had funny moments, super stupid moments, but any movie with two Hawaiian Tropics teams fighting, Vivica A. Fox, and Roselyn Sanchez can't be all bad. It's worth a watch.
