It was a magnificent movie that truly captured a father son relationship. I being an average teenager does not often see a movie like this nor do I ever see a movie with my father. A few days before seeing this movie I saw the acclaimed Return of the Kings which still lingered in my mind therefore reminding me that no movie could measure up. This caused my expectations for Big Fish to be quite high.
I before this movie, had not cried in 4 years but Big Fish touches your heart and reminds you how important parents are to you. This movie does what About Schmit tried to do. After the movie was over I turned to my dad and gave him a big hug and told how much I loved him.
SO parents I insist that you DRAG your children(13+) to see this movie, it is an experience that is as memorable as the first Lord of the Rings in regards to how breath taking it was. Fellow teenagers DO NOT see it with friends but enjoy it with family. |
