I'd have to say quite simply that this is the best movie to come out in the past few years. I've grown weary of the same tired stories with the same tired actors and actresses playing the same tired roles. This movie, while a bit disjointed in trying to portray a romance over deeper themes actually moves the viewer to tears. The only negative criticism I have to offer is that the romance didn't truly have a place. However, the relief organization plot more than made up for the bad romance. I hope Hollywood follows this film's trend and starts making pictures actually worth the $8.50. |
