I went to this film having seen some of the "Zombie Genre" films before, and being a viewer who always thought..."Why can't these cheesy films be better when there is so much potential?" I have often thought that I could do much better myself in making a horror than the Zombie/Virus Genocide movies of the past. I am one who had spent many hours on the Playstation Resident Evil games and other such games, wishing that some movie director and Producer out there would be able to take this catagory of Horror to the next level and give you that creepy "what if?" feel. I believe this film does that... very well. It really made me grin to watch this film and see how much better it is than the offereings of a couple decades ago. Very well written, very good visuals, and no overdoing it. I do know that not all people who see this movie will appreciate it.... but if you have ever seen "Night of the Living Dead" or Stephan King's "THe Stand" and been intrigued, this is for you. |
