I for once would have to agree with Roger Ebert. Spiderman is one of the top two or three greatest superhero movies of all time. Competing very strongly with Superman 1 made in 1978.
Spiderman is fast, explosive and superhuman. While watching Spiderman 2, you completely forget that there are special effects, and you competly dive into the characters. CGI has done a great job, but this is by far the best they have ever done.
The acting, story and action is absolutely fantastic. OH and there are a couple of Suprises that I will not ruin for you.
It is a movie that you can actually take the whole family to and not worry about garbage.
I am usually a pretty tough critic, but Spiderman 2 is one of the best sequals ever made, if not the best sequal ever made.
