Everybody hated this movie. I loved it, I love it still, I always will. First of all, I am a MAJOR Katie Holmes fan. That's the only real reason I rented this movie in the first place. After I decided I kind of liked it, I got it pre-viewed free at Blockbuster and was like "umm OK then." Then my friend was over, and said she'd like to see it. So we watched it, and I know it's supposed to be "Drama/Thriller" but we laughed our heads off!! I mean come on! The part where "he" tries to get in her dorm room when she's sleeping and all you see is feet...how is that not hysterical??! We still laugh at that in the halls at school! (Oh, and for those of you that HAVE seen it, first of all, my friend and I both came to the conclusion that I am exactly like Katie Burke (I know, scary huh?) But there's a girl in our class..who is EXACTLY like the creepy librarian!! Even funnier, that girl just recently had a dream I killed her! LOL!!)Overall, I do believe it has flaws, that's something I will not deny. But I feel like it's a movie that's just worth watching.
(I feel like: On the DVD version of the movie, find one of the final scenes that begins with her saying "I feel like..." wait about 3-5 seconds after that line, and try to skip back to the previous chapter. It'll be the same scene and she just says "I feel like.." over and over again.) NOTE: That only works on the DVD version obviously. |
