Ghost Ship was a great movie, it has a great beginning where the incident takes place at the beginning rather than waits 45 min. into the movie until your either tired of watching it or asleep. This wasn't the scariest movie Ive ever seen, but it will make me think twice about boarding a ship. The settings are creepy, and so are the voices and the noises that the characters hear coming down the hallways. The movie gets really good after they find the gold and people start dying terrible deaths, I think the guy in the elavator shaft and the dude in the engine room died worst. The movie is filled with suspense and a little action to keep you entertained. It never gives a clue who the killer is until the end of the movie. I like the part where the little girl shows Epps what really happened, and I like how everyone just keeps killing each other until its all down to one. The ending was great and I like how she sees the killer walking up the boarding deck with another crew to take out to sea. The music is really good, and so are the creepy sound effects. Its not the kind of horror film that will keep you staying awake for a week, but it will make you think twice about boarding an abandoned ship. |
