This is the best action movie I have seen in the last 5 years or so. I am not surprised for the bed reviews from general audience and so called "movie experts". This is very close to real action and public is disappointed because there is no big fireballs, Stallone type of fights, dodging bullets and a similar Hollywood crap. Real experts such as Tom Kier (real knife fighting martial art Kali) and tracking guru Tom Brown created the fight and tracking scenes. I have been in the former Yugoslav army for one year and I understand this movie. The face expressions, moves, fights...Tommy and Benicio did good job, because they were guided by an experienced guys. A piece of advice-do not try to apply skills you see in the movie, it takes at least a year to master them or you WILL get hurt. I recommend this movie to the guys from 18 and up! See what military really looks like guys (it is not John Travolta!) |
