I'm in shock...I really liked this. I thought for sure I'd hate this movie, but after Die Another Day, maybe any movie would be a great improvement. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE J.Lo, it's Ralph Fiennes that I had my doubts about, but he was pretty good as a romantic interest. The main problem was the script -- the ending SUCKED. Thankfully, all the actors in the movie were fun to watch: J. Lo, the little boy who play's J.Lo's son, Natasha Richardson, that Roger Rabbit guy as the butler, and the ladies who played J.Lo's friends were all great. Stanley Tucci as Ralph's right-hand man, though, was all wrong. They should have gotten someone more neurotic (maybe Jason Alexander) and less menacing in a romantic comedy. But J. Lo delivered and |
