I was so excited when I saw previews of this movie. Wow! What a great idea, you know. A man that has been developing pictures of this family becomes obsessed with them. I could only imagine how wonderful this film would be. Boy, was I let down. This movie is one of the worst movies I've ever seen, and I've seen alot of really bad ones. I was expecting a thriller or a horror out of this. I got a movie about a man who develops pictures. Oh sure they throw in a twist about a cheating husband, but they didn't even do that properly. He gets the idea to punish the husband for cheating on his wife. He does this by forcing them to fool around while he takes pictures. Oh, he does this by threatening them with a knife. A knife! I mean come on, not only is this not remotely interesting, it's not even logical. You have 2 people afraid of 1 old man with a knife. Oh gee, that's so incredibly frightening. I'd have been severely irked if I'd have wasted one cent watching this. This movie should not have even made it to production. The plot is weak. The acting is horrible. The story is horrible. They completely botched a good idea. All you're left with is a really bad movie with a few good names. |
