"Sometimes what you're looking for is right where you left it." Melanie Carmichael, is a 20 something up-and-coming New York fashion designer with high hopes of taking on the industry and being someone. Andrew Hennings is the son of New York's Mayor and has a promising career in politics ahead of him. The two are a match made in heaven and about to walk down the isle. There's just one minor detail that Mel needs to take care of first - getting a divorce! She married her childhood sweetheart Jake Perry, a small town country boy from Pigeon Creek Alabama, at the end the end of high school and now he refuses to divorce her. Will Jake give in and allow Mel to marry the man of her dreams? Or will Melanie realise that sometimes home is where your heart is. |
