I read a review recently by a woman who commented that this movie was not suitable for kids because of the drug use,the cussing,the sex...
I read another review,not so recently saying that all Eminem products should be boycotted and long live the Celine Dion trend.
Let's get down to the things that matter shall we?
America is a free country.If a guy wants to get on a microphone and say F**k you to the world he has a perfect right to do that.
If I go to a record store and see Eminem on the rack I like to know that I have the right to pick it up if I want to or just pass it by if it doesn't interest me.
And if parents don't want their kids LISTENING to this kind of thing I suggest they pay more attention to their children's lives instead of just going on with their own lives,fixing the kids problems without fixing the kids and then sueing anybody in sight as soon as anything goes wrong.
I think the reason Eminem is so popular to begin with is because everybody makes such a big stink about listening to his music and it makes kids wanna listen to him even more because they like to feel rebellious and unordinary like the flower children in the 60's
It's not that I'm a fan of Eminem although I know his music and I like some of his songs.
I don't have anymore respect for these snippy parents who raise their children into being irresponsible,indeferencial brats as I do for these little bimbos who's reviews consist of "Eminem is so F***ing hot" and "I didn't used to like him but now I LOVE him" "The movie really touched me" and bla,bla,bla,bla,bla...
Let's stop with all the noise.
Let's accept the fact that Hip-Hop is here to stay and stop making all this rankle about nothing.
I liked the movie.I thought it was very revealing.Good job |
