Good horror flick, leads true to the game

The reason you can;t trust the critics on this one is because they DON'T PLAY THE DAMN GAME! You need to have played the game to understand what and where the movie leads up to. In that sense the movie is excellent. However, the acting could have been better, and I know that I (and many other gamers) wanted a better video game flick, due to the recent dissapointment of Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within. What gamers want is not a movie based loosely on a game like Spirits Within, but a movie based true to an actual one. That's why I am excited for RE 2, based on the second game. It'll be great. |
