a cord with me. I really like the performances from Shauns mom (Catherine O` Hara) she plays a drunk mom who is married to a 80 year old man in a wheelchair. I also liked the part played by Jack Black as Lance who is a drugged out loser who wants to start his own t-shirt company. Has its share of funny moments but it is more than that. It has heart and by the time the movie is over you feel like you know these characters. Really good movie despite what anyone says, see it once and you just might be hooked. |
