In the year 2054 there was so much to the supposed future that was casually intergrated into the movie, and that is what makes it full and colorful. It got into ethics of what practically is THOUGHT CRIME in "1984", and took it a step further. It was an outright eye tease and visual delight. There were a few demented characters in the movie which added to some of it's darkness. And it was brilliant to see how Tom Cruise got into the mess that he was in, and also (I'm trying not to spoil it) how one of the bad guys STILL managed to commit a CRIME in this "perfect" crime prevention system!!! It was a perfect movie; flawless in execution. |
