WOW what an amazing movie.
Not only does it cover every possible heart thumping action sequence that you could ever experience in a movie, but it also has a huge heart, and it's even kind of funny at times. But comedy doesn't overcome this thrill-a-minute thrill ride. In fact it's the great sound that is added that pushes this movie into the "no way you haven't seen this movie yet" list!
The Graphics were a bit scrachy at times, but 95% of the time it's quite compeling and surprising.
They could have used better music than Ray Charles and some other stupip song about a Ride that look's like a jaguar and some other crap(not that Ray Charles isn't one of the best singers to have ever existed in the face of this planet, but the chosen song just didn't hit the jack pot.)
Why in the world this movie didn't recieve any oscars what so ever is what bothers me the most.
I'm almost possitive that if it would have been nominated for best picture it would have had a high shot at it.
The story is by far one of the most engaging and non-stop i've ever seen in a movie. There is just no way that someone could find this movie boring, it's extremly constant in action sequences and very enjoyable.
Now the only flaw is, or beter said the not neseccery thing in the movie, was the excesive use of the F-word. In fact it uses it four times. And that definetly surpases the PG-13 limit of only one use of the F-word per movie.
But still it's one of the best movies ever made
and because Roger and Ebert's "two thumbs up" quote isn't copywritten then i'm giving this movie
"two enormous and very enthusiastic thumbs up!!!" |
