two excellent actors as lead characters

This is an excellent story set in a remote area. Kevin Spacey does a superb job as does Julianne Moore. I don't like the fact that alot of the minor characters are not developed to the point of why are they in it. But my main complaint is the intro. Who cares what happens in the intro? Maybe making the island a character is a good idea, if it weren't for Kevin Spacey it wouldn't fly. Again just when the movie gets interesting the movie ends. Develop the storm more, better photography would make this really great. Eliminate the unnecessary sex scenes. |
