I might be the biggest Drew Barrymore fan! I wrote a review for ''50 First Dates'' and, of course, Drew was fantastic. But, in this memorable movie, lessons are taught about the consequences when girls ride in cars with boys. Even though quite a few girls wouldn't make a mistake like that. But, Beverly Donofrio made that mistake and she lived with the consequences: raising her son. Drew was even more fantastic in this movie than in ''5o First Dates''. Maybe b/c this was a drama and it was more serious. She really gets into her parts. Most actors/actresses don't put heart and soul into their part, but Drew did research and actually spent time with Bev. Which I think made a difference in this movie. It teaches lessons about mistakes, consequences, and living with them. |
