Scary ghosts and good actors

Arthur inherits an incredible house from his late Uncle Cyrus who had a nasty habit of collecting ghosts. Arthur's wife died in a fire 2 months ago and the chance of getting a one of a kind house, all expenses paid is too good to be true. And as could be expected, it is. He goes with his son, daughter and the babysitter to see it. One of Cyrus' employees is there wanting money but poses as an electrician to get in. The lawyer disappears when the employee tells Arthur that there are ghosts in the basement. The lawyer inadvertently activates the house which releases a ghost, one by one at intervals. The film sees Tony Shaloub, Matthew Lillard and Shannon Elizabeth trying to escape the house of hell. Really good film with plently of parts to get you acting like a cheerleader for the actors! (My brother likes it cause you get a snap shot of Shannon Elizabeth's boob!) |
