13 Ghosts entertained me when I watched it. The story was mediocre, but it should have been more detailed. I would have liked to known the history of the 13 Ghosts and how they came to be so deadly. The acting was above average. I liked the transaction of how the characters were laughing and shaking off the fact of ghost being in the house to running away and screaming for their lives. I thought that it was played out pretty good by the actors. The direction was also above average considering the fact that it is Steve Beck's first big movie. The visuals were really nice. The ghosts were really grotesque and frightening and the glass house with the spells and enchantments was really cool. Overall, the story was okay, the acting above average, the direction was solid, and the visuals were good. |
