I thought this movie was quite different from all the other movies that are out there. Thora Birch character is very interesting because she is a high school grad who is confused with starting life on her own and needs help in finding direction to her life. In the movie, she is very cynical and she can hardly relate to anyone (including her bestfriend), but however can relate to just one person (Steve Buscemi). Of course, things got quite interesting aftewards and I shouldn't say much about it because I might ruin it for you. There's a lot of funny scenes in this movie and it will make you laugh out loud. Get ready for the tissue paper because the ending is somewhat dramatic :-) . |
