Frustrating...but pretty good

When i finished watching this movie, i wanted nothing more but to praise everything about i, from the visuals to the story, but i just couldn't. Now i did really enjoy it overall but it left me wanting more. I felt everytime the screen was filled with the wild creatures of the forest, the Night Walker and the two main characters, the movie flourished. But whenever it was over-inhabited with humans, it just lost the magic. I first saw it on TV and both thought and hoped it was a TV show. I think many would agree with me that if it was a TV show they could delve so far deep into the history of the forest, Mononoke past and so much more. I watched this movie and for a good while I felt like i had escaped into a dream, and as long as if invloved the creatures of the forest, i was happy. I would love to see this movie have a sequal, i just hope it works off of all the potential that this movie has. |
