Holy *****, what an amazing movie. Johnny Depp's portrayal of George Jung was nothing short of perfect. Whether roaming Mexico looking for a weed connection or walking through customs at Logan airport with 15 kilos of coke, Depp never misses a beat. Ray Liotta, who plays Depp's father, was a great match for a father who loves his kid no matter what. Penelope Cruz is hot as ever playing Depp's colombian wife who eventually turns into a huge bitch. In any event, this movie should have won an oscar for best picture. |
