Being a huge Jason fan since the 80's, this film was f**K**g insult to the rest of the films that Paramount did. If you even hold it in line with the first 6 Friday movies, especially part 6:Jason Lives" this film wasn't an 1/1000 as good as those Friday films. The action was horrible, Jason was turned from boogyman to cyborg-comic book character. It disregarded and sh** on the REAL Friday story of Camp Crystal Lake, Mrs. Voorhees, etc. Horrible, don't include this in the Friday series for real Jason fans out there. For new Friday fans, don't waste an hour an a half with this, if You want to see some real Jason Movies, start by watching "Jason Lives" or "THe Final Chapter" or "Part 2" or even "The New Beginning", which is great in its own story. JASON X is the worst insult to Jason Voorhees and the original 9 Friday movies. |
