This was a delightfully hilarious comedy in which Mel Gibson discovers what women really think about what stereo-typical macho men do and say. His acting was superb! With a comedic touch, he masterfully carries out his character's evolution from a self-absorbed, male chovanist into a caring, sensitive and insightful man. The film suggests that if women would, more often, speak their minds, instead of keeping all their thoughts to themselves, it could potentially make men's behavior more compatible with their expectations. |
