Could Have Been Better, But Loved It Anyway

"X" is an anime film about "the promised one", Kamui, and how his choice of which side he's on will affect the world. If he chooses to oppose the Dragons of Heaven, who wish to protect humanity, he will be fighting for the Dragons of Earth, who're set on destroying it. In the English version, the voice acting was pretty lame, and some of it was wooden and unemotional. But once you could get over that, this flick was all in all, an awesome movie. There's a lot of blood in this film, and obviously a lot of death. Personally, I think the special effects were really great, and that the only thing that would have made this movie better would have been better voice actors and maybe a more...actiony soundtrack rather than the slow music they played for most of the time. Like I said, all in all, this movie is definately a great one. |
