This was a weak story allaround. The fact that little actress Heather O'rourke died while this was in production made it feel all the more surreal. This time, little Carol is sent to live with relative in CHicago-in a high rise-evil spirits soon follow and appear. The neat special effects are this films only saving grace. Otherwise, a real snoozer. |
