First of I like to say this was a terribly bad film, second I do not like seeing Nicole's
bare arse and third what the hell was she thinking. You know I like to state that I really enjoyed Nicole in "Far and Away", "My Life" and "The Hours" { so far } her most decent and greatest work but this "Birthday Girl" stinked big time. I don't know why they called this film "Birthday Girl" anyway, she only has one birthday. I read Movie Mom's review stating that this movie has a lot of explicit sex, well not really, you don't see much of anything { I would not want to anyway, I hate films like that
} but you do see Nadia looking at filthy magazines and watching a disgusting porn. Anyway this film was so bleak and gray with it's visuals and acting, so my advise to you stay away from this movie, it's not worth your time, trust me. |
