It sucks that in the new millenia we haven't been able to make a good cop movie. Aside from Seven, most cop thrillers leave you with a bland taste afterwards and become exceedingly predictable. However, 15 Minutes takes a step in the right direction. Told in a very Law and Order fashion we get to watch as Edward Burns and Robert DeNiro light up the screen with two amazing performances. The story moves quickly only lagging in the end, but through great story telling and excellent premise for a moive 15 Minutes turns itself in to a great Cop Thriller. |
