In my film-viewing experience, it is very rare to come across a film that blends dialouge, plot, and acting into one flowing and forward direction as Remember the Titans does.
Remember the Titans is an inspiring story of a man that revolutionized not only a football team at a high school, but also the cultural norms of a society that incorporates racial segregation. The plot line is superb in the sense that it has poise and purpose. The theme, racial segregation, was very well communicated throughout the film. Overall, the plot was very well structured and executed.
The acting was no less extraordinary. Denzel Washington delivers one of his best perfomances and most commmanding performances in this film. The supporting characters of the movie are a great addition and do an excellent job.
Remember the Titans, overall, is an excellent film for all ages, a timeless classic for many years to come. |
