Fairly typical Arnold fair. Its not horrible and I guess if you have to make a movie about cloning and take it to extremes, this will work.
Here's the thing about Arnold's movies: Most are made as "Arnold vehicles" ie; Running Man, Eraser, Total Recall. They seem to be made with Arnold in mind, banking on his stardom. Its the movies that have some kind of story first that are memorable. Movies like Terminator and even Predator. Unfortunately, 6th Day falls into the former category. If you haven't seen it, its worth checking out, but probably only if you're a big Arnold fan.
