As close as any of us will get to the gut wrenching stress of aerial combat circa 1940.
if you love the sound of a merlin engine this is excellent. Aerial encounters are unmatched not at all phoney like "Top Gun" .. Story line jumps around but then there is no hero or major character just a collection of people thrown into situations where life is decided by random chance.. [The bombing of the airfields by Luftwaffe is very well done] or the skill you acquire very quickly in getting your guns on a Heinkel or Me 109 before your opponent gets his on you .. |
