I first saw it when i rent a tape in our province,I have learned to like it because the story is not complicated,it's very mere & simple.. A story about a girl who is willing to sacrifice everything for the sake of his beloved!A story which is very hilarious it's kinda funny,esp. when you see penelope's bestfriend--that odd gay!!the good brazilian music says it all! and its sweet meaning(you know,there traditions!)I could relate some of its superstitioius belief here in the philippines,believing about "BATHALA" or "GODDESS".. The movie just shows that girl has powers and guys can't live without girls... Try to watch it & you'll see what I mean!!!!! The Movie is REEAALLYY VVEERRYY MMEEMMOORRAABBLLEE!! |
