All you people who say this was not a good film...i say u r just full of sh*t. this movie was powerful, disturbing, and painfully believable. no movie has ever affected me like this one has. The whole movie for me was like, dammm...and then i got to the end and it got to me and i broke down and just started to cry. Amd even after the movie my freind turned it off and we both sat their for about ten minutes, just sitting there staring at the wall, without saying a word. I NEVER cry at movies, and tears were running down my face. I reccomend this film to EVERYONE. It really puts your life into perspective. Even now, many months later, i think of this movie or listen to the title song (which is brilliant by the way) and it gives me chills. Please, if u are at all interested in the art of filmaking, go see requiem for a dream. You will remember it for the rest of your life, and u will not b dissapionted. |
