This is a love story, is it really? I can say that this movie brought me feelings that i must not even tell, at least not here, a young guy who sees that movie will not even care about the role, believe me i am speaking for myself. Let's just say that the main character for me it's not even Luis Vargas but following the trail the story is amazing and it has happenned many times in the world. The mistery, the pleasure, and all the curves of Angelina are enough to get my aproval. It is a good movie, it deals with the real world where people lie, kill, and do everything for money. But there are always inocent people who need to be betrayed to awake to the real world.
How come a woman to love two people? This movie deals with a character, Julia wich seems to share the same feeling for two persons even though one is an old mate wich is as tricky as a bad angel. The environment was well pictured since it deals with a Cuba from about 200 years, and the music has quite part of action for those who knows latin music will be satisfied with some songs and sounds.
The role itself requires an adult overview. And the lesson for me is that sometimes even betrayal can turn into something more powerful and good as love is. But the ending was remarkable, seeing Angelina beautiful touching herself, and the final, the finger around the neck and her eyes directly to yours, it's indeed unforgettable, oh if i could be there. That's why she's my favourite actress. But one thing though no matter what we do, we can't walk away from love. |
