Most people dont want to her what im going to say but im a say it anyway. Noone would understand such films like Love and Basketball, The Wood, The Best Man, How Stella got her groove back, and most movies in that genre like an African American would. Thats why we believe that movies like this deserve Oscars because we can relate to the movies so much, and plus the actors and actresses are great ones and the direction is beautiful, hopefully America will get over the spiteful concealed discrimination and let us have something for a change that actually belongs to us. Damn, its 2004 and and just a few years ago our people finally won an Oscar! Why did it take so long? And why haven't any other black actor/actress win something since then????? This is actulally ridiculus. . . America, Get over it. . .we are just as good as anyone else, no less and no more. |
