This movie isn't for everyone. You have to be into the whole fishing east coast cold water deal. What people do need to realize, however, is that this movie is real. There are people all over the coast that live exactly like what you see in this movie. And that is what should make the movie interesting, knowing that its a real experience. Yet, I will admit the movie is a one and done thing. You watch it once and say good movie, then you never watch it again. Even though the Perfect Storm isn't a standout film, it is worth watching - especially if you are interested in the deep sea fishing stuff. |
