There are few movies that are able to bridge the gap between childhood and adulthood; This is one of them. Stunning visuals, memorable characters (both endearing and terrifying), and a breathtaking score by Alan Menken and Stephen Schwartz; This is Disney's masterpiece. It goes where few children's movies dare to go, and explores emotions and situations that are usually not risked in Disney films. But, in my opinion, the risk paid off, resulting in a heartwarming and captivating classic that has remained a favorite of mine since childhood. It is a wonderful film to share with the whole family, those young and young at heart. |
