I have always liked these kinds of films...I suppose I am in the minority more or less...to me nothing beats a good monster flick, and this fits the bill...kind of less expensive special effects, but I think movies like 'Alien' kind of went a tad far in the monster effects department...nothing beats a good blob of goo.
